The Japanese word kaizen is a term meaning "change for the better" or "continuous improvement." It is a Japanese business philosophy regarding the processes that continuously improve operations and involve all employees. Kaizen sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process.
The Colorado based owner of Kaizen Endurance came to me with an idea of what he wanted and together we worked toward the final version you see here, which includes a node to the Japanese roots of the word kaizen as well as some Colorado mountains and a little custom font work to get it just right.
